OCP PMA - Membership Terms & Conditions

Before joining Our Conscious Path PMA please read and agree the following terms and conditions.

Our Conscious Path is a Private Members Association dedicated to personal growth, learning, and connection. As a private members association we operate outside of statutory law. All participation in activities online or at events is based on mutual agreement under private contract law. These PMA Membership Terms & Conditions form a contract between you, the member and Our Conscious Path PMA (OCP).

1 – MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
  • You have access to all shared content, discussions, and courses in general OCP groups & forums. You may need to contribute extra to join provider members groups or forums.
  • You can participate in community events and workshops.
  • Certain community groups or services may require additional agreements with provider members.
    2 – MEMBERSHIP RULES
    • Our focus is on personal growth, transformation, and conscious evolution. Our discussions remain centered on these topics, and we do not engage in external societal debates that create division.
    • OCP recognizes two genders (male & female) as seen in nature.
    • We absolutely respect individuality and personal journeys, however discussions about gender identity, race, politics or sexuality are not the focus of this platform, as these lead to division rather than conscious evolution.

    2.2- Respect & Kindness First
    • Respect all members, even when views differ.
    • Treat all members with kindness and awareness.
    • No personal attacks, discrimination, or harassment will be tolerated.
    2.3 – Open-Minded Discussions
    • Engage in discussions with curiosity and an open heart.
    • Healthy debate is welcome, but aggression or forceful persuasion is not.
    • Avoid fear-inducing content or extreme narratives from mainstream or alternative media. Share or discuss solutions or best practice examples rather than finding fault.
    • Dogmatic or prescriptive content that discourages exploration and critical thinking is not aligned with our community ethos. We encourage openness, inquiry, and the sharing of diverse perspectives without imposing absolute truths.
    • Promote constructive, solution-oriented dialogue.
    • Follow specific rules for private groups.
    2.4 – Confidentiality & Privacy
  • What is shared in the community stays in the community.
  • Do not share or screenshot private conversations or content within or outside the community.
    • 3 – CONTENT & LINK SHARING
    Our values focus on fostering critical thinking, empowerment, sovereignty and conscious expansion. Content should promote growth, self-awareness, and community connection rather than introduce fear, external dependence, or divisive narratives.
    • Share insights, experiences, and discussions that align with our vision.
    • No spam, self-promotion, or explicit sales posts in the general community.
    • If sharing external content, ensure it aligns with the community ethos.
    • Links to external content will be assessed before approval.We use an AI powered traffic light system to evaluate whether the content aligns with our values. This system ensures that all shared material truly supports evolution and growth and is not influenced by any control agendas. Green: Content aligns with our ethos and is constructive for our forward looking community. Orange: Content contains some incorrect information. Red:  Content does not align with our values or encourages fear, division, or dogma. This content will be removed from the platform.
    4 – ENFORCEMENT & REMOVAL
    We take our commitment to solutions oriented  discussion, openmindedness and kindness seriously, and will not tolerate violations.
    • 1st Violation: Warning & temporary time-out with an explanation from a moderator.
    • 2nd Violation: Possible Membership termination with an explanation.
    Moderators may escalate issues to the Steering Committee if necessary.
    5 – PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

    Your experience in the community is your responsibility—engage with awareness and with your heart. If you experience a conflict, try to resolve it respectfully before asking moderators or the team to assist.

    6 – PRIVACY, LIABILITY & CONFIDENTIALITY
    • Member details will never be sold or shared.
    • Discussions within the PMA remain private among members.
    • Members participate at their own risk, and the PMA holds no liability for personal interactions or financial transactions between members.
    • Providers operate independently, and any disputes with them must be resolved directly.
    • Members’ data is stored securely, and only essential information is retained for the duration of membership.
    • Any requests for data deletion will be honored in compliance with privacy protection principles.
    • The PMA reserves the right to retain anonymized aggregate data for community insights while ensuring individual privacy is maintained.
    7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    • Members may not copy, distribute, or share proprietary content without permission.
    • Any content created within the PMA is subject to the intellectual property rights of its creator.
    8 – AMENDMENTS
    • These terms & conditions may be updated at any time by the Steering Committee.
    • Updated terms & conditions will be shared with all members via email. 
    • Continued membership implies agreement with any amendments.
