I’m Monique — traveller, connector, and perpetual student of life.
For the past three years, I’ve lived full-time in my 30-year-old Hymer motorhome, exploring the UK and deepening my connection with people, places, and the rhythms of nature.

My professional roots are in multilingual administration and 25 years in Operations & Facilities Management in the corporate world. While I achieved a measure of “success,” I never truly fit the mould. My real passion has always been personal growth, conscious living, and helping others discover their own path to wellness and self-awareness.

In 2007, I stepped away from corporate life to build my own property business — only to watch it collapse in the 2008 credit crunch. This catapulted me into a decade-long “dark night of the soul” that became a deep apprenticeship in resilience, healing, and the search for truth.

When 2020 brought the global upheaval of Covid, I experienced a sudden and profound spiritual awakening. My path took me behind the scenes of a grassroots Homeless Outreach organisation, and later into customer support for one of the UK’s major “truth” channels. Both roles revealed just how essential it is for awakening souls to have authentic community and grounded support.

In 2022, I began working alongside natural health practitioners, mentoring and coaching people back to vitality through holistic means. There, I met Maggie, a kindred spirit, and together we envisioned a hub where people could connect, learn, heal, and grow. In autumn 2024, we stepped away from our previous commitments to build what has now become Our Conscious Path.

My vision is for OCP to be a thriving global community where members can meet kindred souls both online and locally, and where they have access to a rich directory of practitioners, producers, and curated resources. I want it to be a place where transformation is supported at every stage — a safe harbour and a launch pad for self-awareness, growth, and service.

Most of all, I look forward to meeting more of my soul family, co-creating beautiful, lasting connections, and walking this conscious path together.
